Why should anyone be surprised that Kris won? Every AI winner has been from the South. That this fact has never been written about always perplexed me.

Did anyone notice that after it was announced that Kris was the winner, all the judges were giving a standing ovation...except for Simon. He tried to do everything he could to get Adam votes, fo sho.

i think kris sucks he cant hold a tune. i dont know how kris won adam has awesome vocals he sang with kiss i mean come on kris sang with keith urban how boring is that . kris could hardley keep up with adam when he was singing with queen .as i come from new zeland i cant understand how kris won .the show must have been rigged this year. in the history if amercian idol no one has gotton a standing ovation from simon except from adam. even wen kris won simon didnt stand up and clap for him. pitty new zeland wont get adams music because he did not win adam deserved to win but now he can choose who he wants to record with unlike kris . good luck adam
