Can I repeat? We are in the middle of a huge financial crisis that has nothing to do with anything they are talking about.

He's mentioned twice keeping veterans' benefits strong - apparently that's okay unless of course, they happen to be too generous. Then he opposes them, and when it passes claims credit for it. Webb may kick him in the shins too.
